I am always up for discovering new people and incorporating them into my world.
Humor is key, a gentle spirit is essential, and a devious sparkle is paramount.
I like filling my world with people who are brighter than I am,
more adventurous than I am, more beautiful than I am, more gifted than I am --
or less than I am in any of these areas -- but greater in others,
since I can experience and learn much more from just knowing them.
I have met some of my good friends at the most unlikely places --
whether at an after hours event, or on a train platform in a foreign city,
so I am not big on stereotypes or preconceived notions,
which means I am not likely to be judgmental or self-righteous.
The sum total of one's past, good or bad,
and the energy one brings to the present --
make a person who he/she is -- and probably more interesting as a result!
Pretty much everyone brings me something I did not have the day before.
I have little tolerance for ignorance, bitchiness, arrogance,
unearned self-importance, and undeserved pride.
